To ensure that you can continue to use and benefit from your investment in the mind machine for years, your purchase comes with the following warranty:

7-Day, 30-Day, 3-Year Limited Warranty

7-Day FREE Replacement Warranty on Stereo Cable, Headphone and Brain Booster Mind Glasses

• These items are non-repairable and cannot be repaired and new item needs to be purchased.

30-Day FREE Replacement Warranty on CDs

• CDs are non-repairable and cannot be repaired and new CDs needs to be purchased.

3-Year Repair Warranty on Mind Machine CPU

It is warranted against any manufacturing defects.

• FREE repair during the first 6 months: Free during this period. Just send the mind machine without anything else in safe packing. We'll repair / replace at our choice and return by Speed Post or courier. We take a few days to repair and return it.
• Repair after 6 months: Send the mind machine CPU and cable without anything else along with a DD  (or At Par Cheque) for Rs 400 which includes postage by Speed Post or courier (in India only; foreign postage extra). We take a few days to repair and return it.

How to Pay for Repair

You can send the repair charges Rs 400 either by DD or eMO or deposit cash/cheque into our SBI bank, or by netbanking (click here for address/bank account number)

Validity of Warranty

Warranty void if the Mind Machine is partly or fully broken. Warranty is void if somebody other than our institute has tried to repair it.

How to send it for repair
for fastest service

For fastest service, please follow these instructions:

1. Nicely pack the CPU+Cable only (like in strong box /packing as in our original packing). This is important because if you don't pack it nicely, it can get damaged on the way to our office.
2. Enclose a letter with detailed description of what is wrong, so it can be fixed. This is very important because it ensures fast repair and return to you.
3. In the letter, please mention your name, address with PINCODE and PHONE number and EMAIL ID.
4. Send it by speed post / registered parcel / courier.
   Do not send it by "unregistered / ordinary post".
   You must choose good courier and ask them if they can guarantee the delivery date. Some courier services promise to deliver in 2-3 days but take up to 10 days.
5. Include a DD or at-par-cheque for Rs 400 if it is more than 1 month since you received the mind machine. Make it payable to  "Mind Machine Lab" at "Udaipur (Raj)".  Do not send cash in the parcel.
