Kennedy DAPSTM (Dual Auto Peripheral Suggestions) MindTech CD uses two separate stories.
You hear a different story in each ear in my voice that makes artful use of language, neuro linguistic programming, Ericksonian techniques to immediately produce measurable relaxation in you while building positive, powerful, empowering beliefs that produce dramatic breakthrough results for you. I load the tales with variety of powerful suggestions that are best for students, in such artful way that the suggestions remain in indirect terms and seemingly are simply part of the story, so they go unnoticed. And, because the conscious mind can at best focus on one story at a time, it usually gives up and stops paying conscious attention, and as a result, most of the stories and the empowering messages hidden within them bypass the conscious mind completely, entering the unconscious mind. This program is for 30 minutes of which about 14 minutes has voice for powerful DAPS. Initially use it for full 30 minutes and later you may use it for 14 minutes if you want to spend less time.

How to Use this Program
For best results, use the audio program with this book for 60 days in two ways:

Listen to this program once daily while going to sleep. If you fall asleep before 30 minutes, that is okay.

Listen to the first 14 minutes of this program twice a week in a waking state (when you can sit comfortably in chair and not fall asleep).
After the initial 60 days, use this program as needed.
In part of the tape, You'll hear two different stories in your two ears. You don't have to focus or try to understand any story. Just relax and let the tape play.
You need to use good quality stereophonic headphones. The headphone that comes with a tape player or walkman is usually good.
And, the good news is
You can expect to feel the benefits within one week.
As your body and mind get tuned, and get used to the experience of relaxation and learning in this new way, within a few weeks, you can expect to experience more and more powerful results.
